We have closed our salon now and that is the only reason we no longer use Simply Book Me ... but we can highly recommend it. A very easy system to use not only for us, but also our therapists and our clients. It can be accessed from anywhere not just the salon. We would highly recommend this booking system. What an awesome place to spend a morning. The staff are supper friendly and helpful. I had a half an hour massage so relaxing and then I had a facial which was delightful. The staff went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had an injured shoulder which was no issue for them at all. They worked around it and even strapped my shoulder for me afterwards. Will be going back again and again.

I had the pleasure of booking in with the lovely Cerise for an eyebrow tint today. It was my first time and Cerise made me feel at ease straight away. She was very professional, explaining the process and checking to ensure I was happy along the way. I also found her to be very friendly and approachable, which is something I look for when I visit businesses. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend. I will definitely be going back :)
